Who We Share Data With

PostHog – our analytics service provider, acting as a data processor
Growing Good – our platform provider, also acting as a data processor

Both operate under a Data Processing Agreement with us and only process data for the purposes described here.

Where Your Data is Stored

We use PostHog’s EU data hosting (Frankfurt, Germany) to store analytics data securely within the European Economic Area (EEA).

How Long We Keep It

We retain analytics data for 12 months from the date of collection, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
